Dividends paid is the cash that actually left the company for shareholders during the year, taken from the financing section of the cash-flow statement. It is a total in dollars, not a per-share rate or a yield — a yield needs a share price, which this site does not carry. Figures are for fiscal year 2025 and are read directly from each company's SEC filings; the source column on every row links to the document.

Prologis (PLD) tops the list with $3.8B in dividends paid for fiscal 2025, ahead of American Tower ($3.2B) and Realty Income ($2.9B). The top 10 together report $20.7B in dividends paid; the gap between #1 and #10 is ×3.89. 127 companies in Real estate report dividends paid, 8.6% of the 1474-filer universe. The last place on the list, Nexpoint Residential Trust, comes in at $53.5M.
