Long-term debt is borrowing due more than a year out. A large figure is normal for capital-intensive businesses and says nothing on its own about financial health. Figures are for fiscal year 2025 and are read directly from each company's SEC filings; the source column on every row links to the document.

Amazon (AMZN) tops the list with $65.6B in long-term debt for fiscal 2025, ahead of Home Depot ($49.4B) and McDonald's ($40.0B). The top 10 together report $328B in long-term debt; the gap between #1 and #10 is ×4.49. 283 companies in Consumer discretionary report long-term debt, 12.5% of the 2263-filer universe. The last place on the list, Insight Enterprises, comes in at $1.4B.
